1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

2. Vide order dated 31.07.2023, notice was issued to the appellant. As per office report, the appellant remains unserved as he was not found residing at the given address. This is the only address available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of both the Courts.

3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
