The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the notification dated 03.03.2020, Annexure P-3, whereby degree of M.A. (Public Administration) was ordered to be treated as not equivalent to M.A. (Political Science) for job purpose.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3- University contends that the impugned notification stands withdrawn by the University, vide letter dated 19.06.2020, Annexure A-3.

3. In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of

as having been rendered infructuous.
