1. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has instructions

from Dalbir Singh son of Mohinder Singh (appellant No.2 herein) that the

matter since stands compromised. Learned counsel further states that

appellant No.1 has since died and appellant No.2 is in Coma. In view of the

instructions received by learned counsel for the appellants, he seeks

permission to withdraw the present appeal.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application, if any, also

stands disposed off.
