1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt proceedings against respondent for non-compliance of order dated 17.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-14867-2023.

2. In compliance of order dated 03.11.2023, passed by this court, the counsel for the respondent has filed copy of order dated 16.01.2024 passed by the respondent, which is taken on record.

3. The counsel for the respondent, after going through the aforesaid order, has submitted that the order qua which contempt was asserted has since been complied with, and accordingly, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

4. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
