In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is for the grant

of benefit of regularization of his services.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per the reply

filed, the petitioner is working in the cadre which is diminishing and therefore,

no regularization can be ordered which stand taken by the respondents is covered

by the decision of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 30.11.2012 passed in

'CWP No.2393 of 2012 titled as Lal Chand and Ors Vs. State of Haryana and

Ors.', which judgment has been followed subsequently.

Today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It can be safely

presumed that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition any

longer.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
