1. Custody certificate filed by the learned State counsel is taken on record.
2. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI
Kulwant Singh, has submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is at the fag end.
3. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage and prays that the trial be completed expeditiously.
4. In light of the above, without commenting upon the merits, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Considering the fact that the prosecution witnesses have been
examined the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
