1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny
the submission of the learned State counsel that the petitioner is in safe custody of her parents and, hence, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
2. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
3. It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, she is found involved in any illegal activity and/or in violation of any law qua which the competent-authorities of the State shall
take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
