1. In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is for regularizing his services under the regularization policy dated 18.06.2014.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said policy has already been set aside by this Court while passing order in CWP No.17206 of 2014 titled as Yogesh Tyagi and another vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 31.05.2018 but the matter is still pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, hence, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case any benefit accrues to the petitioner after the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
