1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitioner

joined investigation on 04.12.2023 in compliance of the order dated

23.11.2023 but did not comply with the condition of deposit of a sum of

Rs.2,00,000/- with the trial Court.

2. In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does

not press the present petition.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
