1. Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section

115 CPC for setting aside the impugned judgment/order dated

01.11.2018 passed by learned District Judge, Mewat dismissing the

appeal and affirming the order dated 01.09.2017 passed by learned

Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mewat dismissing the

application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents stated at bar that instant revision

petition has become infructuous as the learned District Judge, Nuh has

finally disposed of the appeal vide judgment dated 16th August, 2023.

3. On several calls, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the

petitioners.

4. Perusal of the record reveals that there is no representation behalf of

the petitioners for the past 3 effective dates of hearing. It seems that

petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present revision.

Consequently the instant revision stands dismissed for want of

prosecution.

5. Intimation in this regard to be sent to the petitioners and they are at

liberty to revive the same by moving an appropriate application, in

case of any grievance.

6. Since the main case has been decided, pending miscellaneous

application(s), if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
