1. By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer

has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13

dated 27.01.2022, under Sections 307, 34, 120-B, 201 IPC and Sections 25,

27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Cantt. Bathinda, District

Bathinda.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the

petitioner has already been acquitted vide judgment dated 21.12.2023 passed

by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, thereby, rendering the

present petition as infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having

been rendered infructuous.
