despite his best efforts he has failed to contact the appellant.

2. This regular second appeal has been filed to challenge the

correctness of the judgment and decree passed by the first appellate court

while accepting the appeal against the decree for recovery of Rs.21339.15/-.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. It shall be open to the appellant to file an application for

restoration, if he wishes to press this appeal.

5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
