Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 10.06.2024 passed by the Registrar of Marriage-cum-Naib Marriage Naib Tehsildar, Nissing, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitio petitioner ner fairly concedes that the controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the order/ judgment dated 09.03.2021 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.125 of 2021 titled as 'Ami Ranjan and another Versus State of Haryana and nd another.' Learned State Counsel is not in a position to convert or deny the same.

Disposed of in terms of order/ judgment dated 09.03.2021 (supra).
