1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 13.12.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellant Nos.1(i) to 1(iv) and appellant No.2 as also to the sole respondent. As per office report, appellant Nos.1(i) to 1(iv) and appellant No.2 are residing abroad. The sole respondent stands served however, none has put in appearance on her behalf. There is no other address of the appellants available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
