ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral)

Challenge in the present revision petition is to the judgment

dated 25.01.2024, passed by learned Appellate Authority, whereby the order

passed dated 05.12.2017 passed by learned Rent Controller, has been

affirmed, thereby ordering the ejectment of the petitioner, on the ground of

personal necessity asserted by the respondents.

Keeping in view the affirmatory orders already passed, at this

stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he only makes a prayer

for grant of reasonable time to vacate the premises to facilitate the petitioner

to find the alternative accommodation, for following his vocation.

In the given circumstances, learned counsel for the

caveator/respondent No.2 submits that any order may be passed by the

Court, thereby giving reasonable time to vacate the premises.
