The appellants-plaintiffs are in appeal against the judgment

and decree dated 05.06.1992 passed by the Additional District Judge,

Patiala in Appeal No. 179 of 1989, wherein the learned Additional

District Judge had partly allowed the appeal against the judgment and

decree dated 25.10.1989 passed by Sub Judge, First Class, Samana in

Civil Suit No. 19T of 1989.

There has been no appearance on behalf of the respondents

on last three dates successively as well as there has been no

representation on behalf of the appellants-plaintiffs today. It seems that

the appellants-plaintiffs as well as respondents are no more interested in

pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
