This is a joint application filed for withdrawal of the main

appeal on the ground that the parties have since compromised the matter.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have

since compromised the matter and the respondents have agreed to pay an

amount of Rs.7,00,000/- including interest as compensation to the appellants

within a period of 30 days from today.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. With

the consent of both the learned counsel, the main appeal (FAO-4420-2014)

is taken on Board today itself.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have

since compromised the matter and the respondents have agreed to pay an

within a period of 30 days from today. In view of the compromise arrived at

between the parties, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to

withdraw the present appeal.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive in case the

compromise does not fructify. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
