1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal hence, the same may kindly be disposed of accordingly.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the amount under the decree and judgment, which was under challenge, has already been deposited before the executing Court hence, the same may kindly be released.

4. In case any amount under the execution of the judgment and decree has been deposited by the appellant, the same be released by the executing Court in case, any such application is made for the execution of the decree, which has attained finality after the withdrawal of the appeal.
