1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles
226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of
mandamus, for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner
for regularizing the services.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner
prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file representation
before the department.
