invoked seeking quashing of FIR No. 26, dated 24.04.2021, under Sections 420,

506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadiq, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of

the present petition, as the present petitioner has been acquitted by learned trial

Court vide judgment dated 09.12.2023.
