1. The petitioner has preferred the present Civil Writ Petition
under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a writ
in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside the impugned order dated
09.02.2024 and to place the petitioner to the post of Panchayat Officer as per
seniority list.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the
instant petition with liberty to file the representation before the department,
which may be directed to be decided by the respondents in a time bound
manner.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case any representation is
by the petitioner filed within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided
within 3 months.
