(1) Learned counsel for the appellant contends that in the light of
Section 16 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (for short-the Act), as
amended on 10.12.2020, once the appellant had already challenged 'Naksha
Bey' and 'Naksha Zeem' before the Financial Commissioner, challenge to the
consequential 'Sannad Takseem' is barred but as this fact could not be brought
to the notice of the learned Single Judge at the time or before passing of the
impugned judgment, he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with
liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge
seeking review of the impugned judgment.
(2) Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
(3) All pending miscellaneous application(s) also stand disposed of.
