1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of order dated 01.02.2023 passed by this court in CWP-1915-2023.
2. In compliance of order dated 01.02.2023, the counsel for the respondents has already placed on record affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2, which is taken on record.
3. The counsel for the respondents, after going through the aforesaid affidavit, has submitted that the order, qua which contempt was asserted, has since been complied with by passing speaking order. No further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous.
4. At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
