1. This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10, 11 and 12

of the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiating contempt proceedings against

the respondents for disobeying the judgment dated 07.08.2023 passed by

this Court in CWP-3444-2017.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Compliance report on behalf of the respondents has been filed

by learned counsel for the respondents today in the Court. The same is taken

on record. Registry is directed to scan the same and place it at appropriate

place.

4. After going through the aforesaid compliance report, learned

counsel for the respondents has submitted that the case of the petitioner has

duly been considered in view of order passed by the Court and in the light

of the policy under which the claim of the petitioner was required to be

considered. However, the petitioner has not been found to be entitled to

appointment as such. Hence, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by

passing a speaking order dated 29.03.2024.

5. In view of the above, this Court does not find any reason to

continue with the present petition. Hence, the same is dismissed.

6. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail any other

alternate remedy, but in accordance with law, if he feels aggrieved of the

order passed by the respondents.
