Learned counsel for the appellants has stated that that the

matter has already been compromised between the parties and the execution

qua the impugned judgments has already been withdrawn and he has also

produced the copy of order dated 04.01.2018 of the Executing Court as per

which the matter has been compromised and the execution petition was

dismissed as withdrawn. He seeks permission to withdraw the present

appeal in view of the said compromise.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid statement suffered by counsel

for the appellants, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
