1. The present petition has been filed, inter alia, for grant of

protection to the petitioner from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 11.

2. After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case and in light of the fact that the petitioner has already been granted protection vide order dated 20.12.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition by

keeping all her grounds open to be taken up before the competent Court of

jurisdiction.

3. Ordered accordingly.

4. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
