After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to
avail alternative remedies in accordance with law.
The present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn
with the liberty as aforesaid.
In case, if any alternative remedy is availed, then the question
of limitation be considered sympathetically.
