execution of the judgments and decrees challenged in the present appeal

was stayed and it is not known whether the respondent-plaintiff is alive so

as to claim the benefit of the judgments and decrees in question, the

present regular second appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not

pressed any further with liberty to revive the same in case, any execution

petition is filed in pursuance to the judgments under challenge in the

present appeal.
