Present:Mr. Sahil Vashishat, Advocate for the applicant-petitioner(s).

Mr. Vipin Pal Yadav, Addl. AG, Punjab.

**** By way of present application filed under Section 151 CPC, applicant-petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the main case i.e. CWP-13376-2021.

Counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that in the main case, applicant-petitioner challenged the selection of post of Assistant Professor in the subject of Physical Education, conducted by the nonapplicants/respondents. Further submits that the main case is fixed for 09.08.2024.

Notice of this application to the non-applicants/respondents for 12.02.2024.

At this stage, Mr. Vipin Pal Yadav, Addl. AG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant/respondent No.1.

Besides, registry is directed to list the main case also for its hearing on the date fixed in the present application.

2. On oral request made by counsel for the petitioner, date of

hearing in the writ petition i.e. CWP-13376-2021 is preponed from

writ petition.

4. Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed as

withdrawn.

5. Pending miscellaneous application(s) also stands disposed

of.
