Present appeal has been filed for setting aside the impugned judgment

and order dated 28.04.2010 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shaheed

Bhagat Singh Nagar in Sessions Case No. 16 dated 12.09.2008 titled as 'State

Versus Jarnailo @ Chhindo & Ors.' arising out of FIR No. 117 dated 15.08.2008,

registered under Section 397 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860,

registered at P.S. City, Nawanshaher.

(2) As per office report received through learned Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Flag 'B'), sole appellant is stated to be

no more.

(3) In view of the above, appeal stands disposed off as having been

abated.
