1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles
226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of
mandamus, for directing the respondents to pay the family pension, earned
leave, GIC, Death-cum-retirement gratuity, arrears of ACP and other retiral
benefits to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present
petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous in view of
the averments made in the written statement, the relief having been granted
to the petitioner.
3. Ordered accordingly.
