1. This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure has been filed for quashing of order dated 04.02.2023 passed by the JMIC, SAS Nagar Mohali in complaint bearing No.NACT/596 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 (Annexure P-2), whereby the petitioners have been directed to make the payment of interim compensation of €15,00,000/-.

2. The counsel for the petitioners submits that the amount has

already been deposited by the petitioners as per the orders.

3. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

4. Dismissed as infructuous.
