1. This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.287 dated 14.10.2021 registered under Sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa, along with all consequential proceedings.

2. The petitioner, who is present in court, submits that the

present case has been rendered infructuous as they have compromised the

matter.

3. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
