Mr. Shailender Kashyap, Advocate has put in appearance on

behalf of the petitioner and has filed Power of Attorney, which duly bears an

Advocate. The same is taken on record.

Today, at the very outset, Mr. Shailender Kashyap, Advocate,

learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he may be permitted

to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better

particulars.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is

dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
