1. The present petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature

of mandamus for directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty

of the peitioner and to decide his representation dated 14.09.2023, Annexure P-4.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays

for withdrawal of the present petition.
