1. Present civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner herself namely Mrs. Ujjawal Sahrawat through her Special Power of Attorney Dr. Tammanna R. Sahrawat, challenging the order dated 16.05.2022 whereby, learned Rent Controller partly allowed and partly dismissed the application under Order XV Rule 5 of the CPC.

2. Dr. Tammanna R. Sahrawat, Special Power of Attorney of the petitioner is present before the Court and submits that she wishes to withdraw the present revision petition and the same be allowed.

3. She also informs the Court that the rent petition already filed by her before the learned Rent Controller has also been withdrawn on 03.05.2023.

4. On the basis of the statement made by Special Power of Attorney -- in person before the Court today, present petition is dismissed

as withdrawn.

5. Disposed of accordingly.
