Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the
petitioner's application for grant of Child Care Leave from 24.07.2023 to
04.11.2023 (104 days) has been rejected only on the ground of procedural
lapse on her part in not informing about the class in which her ward is
studying. In case, fresh application is submitted by the petitioner, the same
shall be considered and finally decided within two weeks from the date it is
received.
In view of the statement by learned State counsel, the
petition stands disposed of.
