Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.380 dated 29.10.2021 registered under Sections 15(2),(4)/16 of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, Sections 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908, Sections 379, 427, 201 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 at Police Station Sadar, Fatehabad, Haryana.
2. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that petitioner has already been declared as proclaimed offender and the same may be
dismissed as such.
3. Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
