This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant arrears of pay and consequential benefits by counting petitioner's past service as regular service along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum; and release her pay with effect from 01.04.1999, the date when her services were regularised, along with other service and consequential benefits. Further, it has been prayed to direct the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 15.12.2022 served by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.1 is directed to decide the

pending legal notice, dated 15.12.2022 (Annexure P-6), within a specified

period.

4. Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Additional Advocate General,

Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice

dated 15.12.2022 shall be decided by respondent No.1 expeditiously.

5. In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-Director, Department of School Education, to consider and decide the pending legal notice dated 15.12.2022, by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a

period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this

order.
