1. The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned judgment and decree

dated 31.01.2015 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Ld. Additional Civil Judge (Sr.

Division), Bathinda.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present

petition with liberty to avail an alternative remedy available to him in

accordance with law. He further prays that the concerned Court may condone

the time consumed for litigating before this Court in this revision petition.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty and time consumed

for pursuing this petition may be considered as excluded for the period of

limitation for filing the appeal.
