1. The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.445 dated 30.12.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 324 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (later Sections 325, 326 of IPC were also added), registered at Police Station Rai, District Sonipat, Haryana.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, prays for withdrawal of the present petition and submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the Court below on 30" November 2023, however, prays that the regular bail application of the petitioner be decided expeditiously.

3. Ordered accordingly.

4. In the light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner shall surrender before the Court below on 30" November 2023 and the trial Court is directed to decide his bail application,

if he applies, expeditiously in accordance with law without being impressed

by the present order.
