This petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the suspension order dated 17.05.2023, Annexure P-13.

2. Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, upon instructions, submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been reinstated in service, vide order dated 02.11.2023.

3. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as having been
