1. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that son of the petitioner is medically unfit and he is under treatment on regular intervals. The petitioner had made requests to the counsel on 21.09.2019, 19.10.2019 and 04.03.2020 for filing appropriate applications before the appellate Court for seeking exemption on the respective dates and the same was duly granted. On 16.03.2020, the bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled and non-bailable warrants were issued against him. Thereafter, due to outbreak of COVID-19, the case was adjourned on several occasions. Now the petitioner is ready to pay 20% of the amount as awarded by the trial Court as compensation.

2. Notice of motion.

3. Mr. Vikas Bhardwaj, AAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned appellate Court

on or before 17.11.2023 and on his doing so the Court concerned shall admit him
