1. Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside notice dated 05.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Section 13 (2) and notice dated 09.05.2022 (Annexure P-3) under Section 13 (4) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act') issued by the respondent-Bank. There is further prayer to direct the respondent-Bank to consider proposal for One Time Settlement (OTS) dated 20.05.2022 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has instructions

to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to petitioner to avail statutory
