1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for

grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.143, dated 28.06.2022, registered under Sections 21-C, 25 and 29 NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Special Task Force, SAS Nagar Mohali for a period of one month for treatment of his ailing grandfather.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposing of the petition

as having been rendered infructuous.
