1. The present appeal has been filed by the plaintiffs-appellants against judgment dated 21.07.1990 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur, whereby the appeal filed by the respondent No.3-Market Committee had been accepted.

2. The instant appeal was admitted and stay was specifically declined vide order dated 18.12.1990. On two earlier occasions, there has been no representation on behalf of the appellants and respondent No.3. The situation remains the same even today.

3. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same.

6. A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
