The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of appropriate order or direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 that petitioners be not harassed by calling them to the concerned police station time and again in connection with FIR No.32 dated 04.04.2022 registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Satnampura, District Kapurthala at the behest of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
