Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since in

pursuance of the ejectment order passed against the present petitioner, the

said petitioner has surrendered the possession of the premises in question,

therefore, this revision petition has become infructuous and it be disposed

of accordingly.

In view of such statement, the revision petition is dismissed

as infructuous.
