This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to frame a policy of regularisation and to regularise the petitioners' services.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied in case respondent No.1 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 16.12.2022 (Annexure P-16).

4. Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 16.12.2022, shall be decided by respondent No.1 in accordance with law.
5. In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1/Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, to consider and decide the pending legal notice, dated 16.12.2022,
expeditiously in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order.
