"The above mentioned case is arising out of the notification u/s 4 dated 01.03.2011 of District Mahendergarh, decided on 10.11.2022 by this Hon'ble Court. While persuing the final judgment of this case, it has come to notice that on page no.2 of Main Judgement Date of RC's Award mentioned as 24.07.2017 instead of 24.05.2017 and Amount assessed by the RC mentioned as Rs.82,62,291/- instead of Rs.82,63,291/-.

In view of the position explained above, DRR section might be requested to list the above said case i.e RFA 2941 of 2018 in kacha peshi before Hon'ble Court for kind consideration and appropriate orders."

The accuracy of the office note has been verified and found

to be correct.

Hence, it is directed that the correct order be uploaded.
